THERAPY, CONSULTATION

“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow”
Everyone has a story, and I’d love to hear yours. I’m a humanistic, person-centred counsellor with an integrative approach, which means I adapt my support to meet your unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
I take a strength-based approach, helping you recognize your inherent abilities and resources while empowering you to make choices that align with your values. Whether you’re facing a season of change, burnout, or simply want a space to reflect and grow, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and respect.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I aim to make it approachable, supportive, and empowering. Feel free to reach out so we can talk about your goals and explore a path forward that feels meaningful for you.

What I love about counselling:
Counselling is meaningful to me because of those quiet breakthrough moments—when awareness softens self-criticism, patterns become clearer, and clients feel a deep sense of relief and understanding toward themselves.

“What’s the bravest thing you’ve ever said?” Asked the boy.
“Help.” Said the horse. “Asking for help isn’t giving up, it’s refusing to give up.”
