I focus on empowering my clients and aim to help them recognize their own strengths. I use an integrative approach, drawing on knowledge from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal Theory.

Whether living with addictions (behavioural and substance), eating disorders, grief, depression, anxiety, or simply having struggles with day to day life, I provide a calm and safe environment where you will feel seen and heard, without judgment.

Counselling – Children 10+ years, teens, adults, and couples.

What I love about counselling:

Often, my clients will come to counselling and tell me a very one-sided story about themselves, focusing on their perceived failures and lack of self-worth.  I love being able to help them reframe that story and uncover the strengths and courage they were unable to see.

Watching a client transform into the person they want to be and create a life they love is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
