My work is anchored by building a trusting and secure place for clients to share their experiences, finding out together what will support healing, growth, and envisioning what comes next for them. I care deeply about ensuring that I understand what the client(s) are hoping for in counselling sessions and with the changes they want in their lives. I am committed to working in a way where people feel truly seen and heard.

I believe in the power of healing within relationships. For couples, this can mean repairing relational wounds, changing communication patterns, or creating more meaningful emotional bonds. This is possible in all stages of a relationship and can even be helpful if couples have decided to end their relationship, especially if they will continue to be connected through children or life circumstances.

I also work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, identity, stress, isolation and loneliness.

Love is an action, never simply a feeling

What I love about counselling:

I love being part of a process whereby a person sees and believes in the possibility for change. The privilege of holding space for intense feelings, vulnerabilities and fears and then witnessing that person begin a transformation through healing and new discoveries of their own abilities and value.
