Your life is an occasion, rise to it.
— Edward Magorium, Avid Shoe Wearer

I am commited to working alongside of my clients through a strengths-based framework, while providing a non-judgemental space of acceptance. I strive to empower clients to define their own growth journey, through embracing their strengths and using them to move towards meaningful change. I work through an integrative approach to counselling that draws on various counselling modalities based on client goals and needs, while acknowledging the barriers and systems of oppression that many clients face daily and their impact on mental health and wellness. My work is trauma-informed and influenced by specialized training in the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model® (ITATM) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). I also use arts and play-based approaches.

Assessment – children 4+ and adults; Counselling – children and adults; Supervision – students, candidates, and counsellors across their career

What I love about counselling:
