“When the breath (prāṇa) wonders or become irregular, the mind also moves or becomes unstable. When the breath is still, the mind is also steady. ”
I hold a grounded, compassionate space where clients are welcomed with openness and respect and supported in unfolding their own path toward healing and well-being. I am a certified Canadian Clinical Supervisor with extensive training in Eating Disorders through the Eating Disorders Program in Victoria, BC., and have completed training in OCD treatment and provisional assessment. Specialized in multicultural counselling, I offer services in English, French, and German.
Drawing on over 15 years of training in yoga and mindfulness, I bring a holistic perspective to my counselling practice. I integrate approaches such as Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, Gestalt, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, somatic methods, and art-based practices, creating a space that is strength- and trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and evidence-based. I bring warm-hearted, compassionate support, honouring each person and the social and environmental contexts that shape their lives. I am grateful to live and work on the ancestral, unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People.
Counselling – Adolescents (12+) and adults
Supervision - Students, candidates, and counsellors across their careers
What I love about counselling:
There is profound beauty in seeing someone discover new possibilities, resource themselves, and realize they are not alone. I am grateful to walk alongside people on their journeys, holding space with care and presence as they navigate life’s challenges. Counselling allows me to witness the strength and resilience that arise in hardship, and to honour the courage it takes to grow, change, and reclaim joy. Being part of that unfolding - watching lives shift and hearts open - is humbling and deeply inspiring. It is a reminder of the quiet, transformative power of presence, compassion, and self-discovery.
