“Sometimes things fall apart so that better things can fall together.”
I am a Registered Counselling Therapist with 15 years of experience providing counselling and supervision services in various settings, including post-secondary institutions, non-profit organizations, community settings, and private practice. I graduated with a Master of Education degree in Counselling Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador and a Doctor of Education from Western University.
I am committed to creating supportive and inclusive spaces for people to share their experiences, flourish and work toward whatever goals bring them into counselling. My approach is collaborative, and I believe that people are the experts of their own lives and are incredibly resilient, no matter what challenges they are facing.
Counselling – Adults
What I love about counselling:
It is a true honour to walk alongside individuals as they separate themselves from problems, challenge negative self-perceptions, and rewrite their life stories to align with their values and preferred identities. People are incredibly resilient, and I feel immense gratitude for having the opportunity to support such meaningful work.
